Raw Vegan Garlic Kale Chips

Image
Everybody loves something crunchy. Here is a super easy Kale chip recipe everyone can make! Making Kale chips can be as easy as simply pouring oil over your greens and adding a little salt. Massage the oil into the greens and then place on a tray and pop into the dehydrator! If you do not have a dehydrator no worries, place on a cookie sheet that has had parchment paper laid down and pop in the oven at a low temperature  around 100 degrees. You don't have to go over the top to have a tasty chip. Simplicity is one of my favorite things in the kitchen because there is usually so much going on. A simple chip is still simply delicious.  In this recipe I do not use any nuts or seeds. But that would make a tasty chip too! I'll share with  you a few optional things you can do to this recipe to fit your taste buds needs! Garlic Lover's Kale Chips ingredients: Two large bunches of Kale. A bulb of garlic seal salt Apple Cider vinegar coconut oil cayenne powder...

Healing Endometriosis

Image
September 2016 trip to Oregon Coast Just a few years ago, I could never have imagined that this would be my life. That I would be healthy, living in South America and maturing into a beautiful woman of faith. This is a message of hope. This is a snapshot testimony off the life I used to live and the proclamation of miraculous change. I cured my Endometriosis through a raw foods diet; I harnessed drive and will power to heal with kindness, patience and perseverance. The doctors diagnosed my condition as Endometriosis in 2007. Now, I have completely reversed it and no longer have any symptoms! Endometriosis is considered an auto-immune disease. Conditions are put into this category when there is a  lack of understanding and knowing its root cause, origin and cure. An auto-immune disease is considered a condition in which your body attacks itself. What I  discovered over the past 2 1/2 years healing through detox on a raw vegan diet is that this is not the case. My body is ...

The Little Moments, Daily Devotional

Image
The battle is fought and won in the little moments. When  I choose more, I feel powerful. I choose love and not lack and that makes my being so happy my heart soars. I am connected to my limitless nature and I am capable of anything. It is essential that we wake up to the spiritual energies all around. There are dark forces that seek to bring one down at any opportunity and there are forces of love standing by; they whisper of the strength within and encourage one toward their muchness. This is how we create ourselves moment by moment. For me, a moment like this is one in which I don't lick that little bit of frosting off my finger. Or I don't have one more apple or one more bite because I am full and I am satisfied. Or a moment of choosing trust and faith instead of fear and doubt. And even a moment like this where I do share that seeking God is the most powerful activator in raising ones vibration and that the enemy is trying to bring us down in every little moment possib...

Setting Intentions, love truth and magic

Image
Hello and welcome to my blog! Yesterday I walked dusty country roads, coming down off the mountain to run errands in town. I saw myself in a story; she was an image of a young woman living in the Andean mountains, writing and creating. The little girl within me was so inspired, "wooow cool!" she hollered. She wanted to be me when she grew up. How my heart soared upon sharing this moment with her. It was the moment the dreamer of the past aligned with the dreamer of the now. There is a journey every one must take. A deep yearning in our hearts to find the truth of who we are and who God is. We want our story to be full of purpose and destiny. Often we fight with the Author over who gets to write and what they do. How much learning to trust in Him is a part of finding ourselves. It is He who has made us and not we ourselves. He is the un-created. The Creator who has written the most amazing stories for us with all love, attention and presence. An individual will always be m...
